Digitalframez delivers by TNT couriers. They do not deliver to PO BOX or military addresses. Please provide us a full address to an occupied premises.

2.- What are the resolutions of the digital frames?
Resolution of 15'' digital frame is 1024 x768 pixels
Resolution of 12'' digital frame is  800x600 pixels
Resolution of 10'' digital frame is  640x480 pixels
Resolution of  9'' digital frame is   560x420 pixels
 
3.- What are the dimensions of the digital frames?
The 15" frame dimensions are  38.5cm*33cm*4cm
The 11" frame dimensions are  33 cm*27cm*4.5cm - wooden
The 11" frame dimensions are  33 cm*27.5cm*3cm - acrylic
The 10" frame dimensions are  20.4cm (w) x 15.3 (h)
 
4.- When will you send the picture frames? 
The frames are dispatched next day after the order is placed and the delivery takes around 3-5 business days.
 
5.-  How do I use TNT couriers tracking code.
It takes a day or 2 for TNT to register the tracking code online. Don't worry, the package is registered and that consignment number is provided to us from TNT

6.- Can I get a discount if I order more frames?
The discount is applied for orders above 10 pieces only.
 
7.- What are the Shipping costs?
To find your shipping costs please go to the page of your product, add the items you wish to learn the total cost of to the shopping basket and press calculate shipping found on the right menu bar.
 
8.- Are there any Custom Charges?
Digital Framez is not responsible of any possible customs charges and taxes, although it is unlikely you will receive such a charge. It is clearly stated in many places over the site including terms and conditions.
 
9.- Do your products arrive with the correct power adapters?
Yes. The adapters can operate between 110 to 240 Volts
 
10 - Do any frames come with Internal Memory?
The frames do not have any internal memory, however when SD cards are inserted they are are not visible from the sides. Our larger frames such as 10" digital frames include a free 256MB SD memory card.
 
11.- Do you have a retail store address?
We are purely an online store and sell worldwide. We do not have a physical storefront for pickup or browsing sorry.
